NCC Group Escrow fees 1 November 2013 - 31 October 2014 Set-up and Maintenance Fees Service Description Fees Initial Agreement Set-Up Single Licensee For setting up a single licensee agreement; payable before commencement of work. £1,390 Initial Agreement Set-Up Multi Licensee For setting up a multi licensee agreement; payable before commencement of work (free of charge when taken in conjunction with our Owner’s Administration Service). £1,390 Initial Agreement Set-Up (Non-Standard) Minimum charge for setting up a single/multi licensee non-standard agreement payable before commencement of work.
