This session allows each group to review and identify the triggers that they will assign. Exercise: Reading and Understanding Credit Reports The data in credit reports allows a fundamental change in the way the credit officers assess the credit risk of individuals. Following graduation, he worked with 2 retailers on the financial services side, JD Williams and M&S Financial Services, prior to moving to the Co-operative Bank. During the period of his employment, Co-operative Bank was an innovative provider of banking services and had the risk management environment to support it. It was one of the first organisations to deliver an enterprise-wide customer risk assessment supporting all decision processes. Mr. Randall then moved to the consultancy side as the head of scoring and consultancy in Scorex in the UK for 7 years followed by becoming a member of the Experian Global Consultancy Team for 7 years. During this period, he led both direct client consultancy for risk management and Basel II in addition to best practice documentation. The global support spanned over 25 countries, such as the US, the UK, South Africa, South Korea, Ukraine and Turkey. At Creditinfo, Paul served initially as Managing Director of Creditinfo Decision before becoming the Director of Business Development and Chairman of Creditinfo Georgia.
