Conference Fee
Personal participation – equivalent of 20€. Correspondence participation –
equivalent of 10€.
The conference fee covers publication of an article, cost of an excursion,
participant’s package, coffee-breaks.
The conference fee for the correspondence participants includes cost of
publication and postal-cost of sending of materials.
Payment of travel, accommodation and meals at the expense of

We are honored to invite you to participate in the International Scientific
Conference “Scientific Principles of the Ecosystems Conservation
Management of the Dniester Canyon Area”, dedicated to the 100th
anniversary of the first botanical investigations in the region. The conference
will be held on September 11-12, 2014 at the base of the National Nature Park
“The Dniester Canyon” (Zalishchyky, Ternopil region, Ukraine).
Main topic areas of the conference
1. Floristic and phytocoenotic diversity of the protected areas and problems of
their protection, conservation and restoration.
2. Zoobiota of the protected territories, problems of inventory, conservation and
restoration.
3. Geomorphological, paleontological and cultural uniqueness of the Dniester
Canyon area.
4. Anthropogenic transformation of the ecosystems of the Dniester Canyon area.
5. Actual issues of the environmental management of the protected territories and
ecological network optimisation.
6. The role of the ecological education for the natural diversity conservation and
sustainable development of regions.

The Organising Committee accepts articles up to 5 full pages, sent by
email. The text must be composed in Microsoft Word (*.doc). Script – Times
New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced, new paragraph – 1 cm indent. Margins: top,
bottom, left and right – 2 cm. Tables and figures added in the text.
Name of the author (s), institution, e-mail, summary (not more than 60
words) and references – 10 pt. References given at the end of publication, 10 pt
(without the title “References”)
