Subject: Changes in NMR T/A Staff
I would like to inform everyone about changes in our NMR TA staff.
Chad Keyes has completed his Ph.D. at Purdue and his appointment with PINMRF ended in July
2014. I hope you will join me in thanking him for the years of excellent work he has done on
behalf of our Facility, and wishing him the best for his new position as a faculty member at
Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania.
Similarly, Tairan Yuwen's appointment as an NMR T/A finished at the end of the summer 2014
semester. I hope you will join me in also thanking Tairan for all his excellent work over the past
several years, and in wishing him well as he finishes his Ph.D. work here at Purdue.
Therefore we have two new people joining PINMRF as T/As this fall, Kyle Chamberlain and
Mike Mazzotta. Their responsibilities will include weekly maintenance of several of our NMR
systems, as well as user training on our liquids spectrometers. Please join me in welcoming them
both to PINMRF.
