We understand that the system is facilitates the collection, processing, analysis and supports the dissemination of data on education systems. We recognize that the system manages both individual and aggregated information on institutions, student, teachers and staff. We appreciate that the OpenEMIS initiative is led by UNESCO and is backed by a strong technical support team equipped to assist countries with all aspects of country implementation with global technical support by UNESCO and Community Systems Foundation.
