FULL ANNUAL MEETING FEE – 250 € (including: lunches, coffee breaks, food
and drinks at the conference in Książ, IAMIC dinner, concert tickets, transportation;
obligatory for IAMIC member)
FEE FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS – 150 € (including: lunches, food and
drinks at the conference in Książ, IAMIC dinner, concert tickets, transportation)
CONFERENCE IN KSIĄŻ ONLY (food and drinks) – 30 €
IAMIC DINNER ONLY (for accompanying persons only) – 30 €

Note:
External guests and accompanying persons can attend the conference in Książ for free.
30 € is a fee for food and drinks during the conference.
Please proceed as follows:
1. Send the registration form by e-mail to [email protected] by 27th June 2014.
Note that after this date we will not be able to accept your application.
2. You will receive an invoice from IAMIC office by 18th July
3. Upon receiving the invoice please make the payment by 31th July to:
