Judges must be over 18 years of age OR have at least four years of debating experience. Student coaches or experienced senior debaters are welcome however not preferred. Schools that have concerns about their ability to meet the judging requirements should contact the regional coordinator as early as possible. We strongly encourage all adults present to participate in the tournament as judges. Those adults who choose not to judge and who are not coaches or chaperones representing a school will be charged an observer fee of $15 if they require meals.
