The Services to Communities Bulletin is issued every week. It contains details

permission. Within 4 months from the date of this
permission, the developer shall submit proposals for the
consideration and written approval of the Council, as
planning authority, showing the rationalisation of the siting
of the mesh enclosure in relation to other structures within
the site and for the enhancement of the appearance and
colour of the container. The proposals shall be submitted in
writing including a site plan, either to a recognised scale or
containing dimensions, and details of the external finishes.
Thereafter, the proposals shall be implemented in
accordance with the approved details within 12 months
from the date of the Council's written approval, unless
otherwise agreed in writing by the Council.
2.
Further to Condition 1 above, the permission for the
steel container shall expire on 31st March 2017. Within one
month from this date, the container shall be removed from

the site.
3.
Within 4 months from the date of this permission,
details of a landscaping scheme for the site shall have been
submitted to the Council for its consideration and approval.
The scheme shall include measures to create of screen
planting along the northern and eastern boundaries of the
site as annotated in green on the approved Location Plan.
The planting shall comprise a mix of evergreen and
deciduous plants. Details of the plant species, sizes, the
arrangements
for
implementation
and
successful
establishment, including the means of protection of plants
from damage, shall be included in the scheme submitted for
approval.
Thereafter, the scheme shall be completed in accordance
with the approved details , unless otherwise agreed in
writing by the Council, as planning authority.
