He holds a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) from Oklahoma State University, USA. Prior to joining EQ Insurance, he contributed his experience in the management, operations, marketing and underwriting of general insurance business to local and international insurance companies. Ms Chang Foong Hon has been in the insurance Industry for more than 15 years. She has vast claims experience working in the major international insurance companies. She joined EQ Insurance in March 2010 and now manages the Claims (non-motor) Department. Well-versed in all classes of general insurance, her current role is to ensure fair and reasonable settlement of nonmotor claims and to entail smooth operation of the non-motor claims Department.
