As the manufacturer, we declare under our sole responsibility that the equipments as specified
below conform to all the applicable essential requirements of the following EU Directives. The
technical documentation required to support this Declaration, is available for inspection by the
relevant enforcement authorities.
Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC;
EMC Directive 2004/108/EC;
Article 6.3 of the Radio and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment (R & TTE) Directive
99/5/EC (conditional)*;

Please note that for the purposes of EMC compliance, combinations of this equipment have been
tested as a constituent ancillary device under the terms of the standards listed below and may be
used in conjunction with Multitone and Multitone specified OEM equipments. When used as an
ancillary device connected directly to Radio Paging Systems, the terms of the Directive 99/5/EC
apply and compliance is in accordance with the procedures of Annex II of the Directive and the
technical standards as listed below.
The equipment complies with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to the EU EMC
Directive 2004/108/EC, the limits of which are designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference, when the equipment is operated in a commercial, or light-industrial
environment.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and if not installed and
used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful
interference, in which case the user will be required to correct the interference.
This equipment is manufactured to meet the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU restricted substance
thresholds and does not make use of any exemptions.
