In einer S7-300 mit der CPU 318-2 dürfen Sie folgende Baugruppen nicht einsetzen:
FM 357 bis einschließlich 6ES7 357-4_H02-3AE_, Firmware-Version 2.1;
FM NC bis einschließlich 6FC5 250-3AX00-7AH0, Firmware-Version 3.7 + Toolbox 6FC5
252-3AX2Z-6AB0, Software-Version 3.6;
SM 338 bis einschließlich 6ES7 338-7UH00-0AC0, Erzeugnisstand 07;
SIWAREX M bis einschließlich 7MH4 553-1AA41, Firmware-Version 0119;
SINAUT ST7 TIM, 6NH7 800-_A__0 (Tip: verwenden Sie die TIM-Baugruppe stand alone
als MPI-Teilnehmer);
FM 356-4 nicht zusammen mit den Baugruppen EXM 378 und MSM 378.
FM 353/354 nicht dezentral
Wenn Sie die CPU 318-2 als DP-Master einsetzen, dürfen Sie die FM 353 und 354 nicht
dezentral in einer ET 200M einsetzen. Dies gilt für die
FM 353 bis einschließlich 6ES7 353-1AH01-0AE0, Firmware-Version 3.3;
FM 354 bis einschließlich 6ES7 354-1AH01-0AE0, Firmware-Version 3.3
Baugruppen mit lokalem P-Bus
Die CPU 318 unterstützt keine Projektierung von Baugruppen, die Peripheriebaugruppen mit
einem eigenen lokalen P-Bus ansprechen (zum Beispiel FM 356).
Sie können diese Baugruppen nur ohne lokalen P-Bus projektieren.
Nicht zulässige Peripheriedirektzugriffe über die integrierte PROFIBUS-DP-Schnittstelle
sind:
S Doppelwortzugriffe, bei denen die zugehörigen Bytes auf unterschiedlichen Peripheriebaugruppen liegen.
S Doppelwortzugriffe, die eine Konsistenzgrenze überschreiten.
Bearbeitet die CPU im Steuerungsprogramm einen solchen Befehl, geht sie anschließend in
den Betriebszustand STOP. Im Diagnosepuffer ist das Ereignis Nicht definierter Opcode
(16#4578) eingetragen. Über die Zusatzinformation kann die Programmstelle gefunden werden.
Projektierungen von anderen CPUs
Projektierungen von den CPUs 312 IFM bis 315-1 können Sie nicht in die CPU 318-2 übernehmen. Abhilfe: Erstellen Sie in STEP 7 ab V 5.0 ein neues Projekt mit der CPU 318-2.

You Cannot Use the Following Modules in an S7-300 with the CPU 318-2:

SINAUT ST7 TIM, 6NH7 800-_A__0 (tip: use the TIM module on a stand-alone basis as an
MPI node);
FM 356-4 not together with the modules EXM 378 and MSM 378.
FM 353/354 Not Distributed
If you use the CPU 318-2 as a DP master, you cannot use the FM 353 and 354 on a distributed basis in an ET 200M. This applies to the following:
The FM 353 up to and including 6ES7 353-1AH01-0AE0, firmware version 3.3
The FM 354 up to and including 6ES7 354-1AH01-0AE0, firmware version 3.3
Modules with a Local P Bus
The CPU 318 does not support the configuration of modules that address I/O modules with a
separate local P bus (the FM 356, for example).
You can only configure these modules without a local P bus.
The Following Are Impermissible I/O Direct Accesses via the Integrated PROFIBUS-DP
Interface:
S Double-word accesses in which the associated bytes are on different I/O modules
S Double-word accesses that violate a consistency limit
If the CPU processes such a command in the control program, it then enters STOP mode.
The event Undefined Opcode (16#4578) is entered in the diagnostic buffer. The program
position can be found by means of the additional information.
Configurations from Other CPUs
You cannot adopt configurations from the CPUs 312 IFM to 315-1 in the CPU 318-2. What to
do: Create a new project with the CPU 318-2 in STEP 7 V 5.0 or higher.

Modules avec bus de périphérie local
La CPU 318 n’accepte pas la configuration de modules qui joignent des modules de
périphérie avec un bus de périphérie local interne (FM 356 par exemple).
Vous ne pourrez configurer ces modules que sans bus de périphérie local.
Les accès directs non autorisés à la périphérie via l’interface intégrée PROFIBUS-DP
sont :
S accès par double mot, dans lesquels les octets concernés se trouvent sur des modules
périphériques différents
S accès par double mot qui dépassent une limite de cohérence.
Si la CPU exécute une telle instruction dans le programme de l’automate, elle se met ensuite
en état STOP. Dans la mémoire tampon de diagnostic, l’événement Code d’op non défini
(16#4578) est inscrit. Le point concerné du programme peut être trouvé au moyen de l’information additionnelle.
Configurations d’autres CPU
Vous ne pouvez pas reprendre dans la CPU 318-2 les configurations des CPU 312 IFM à
315-1. Remède : créez d’abord dans STEP 7 (à partir de la version 5.0) un nouveau projet
avec la CPU 318--2.
Pour les configurations de la CPU 315-2 DP, respectez les explications fournies dans le manuel S7-300 (6ES7 398-8AA03-8CA0).

FM 354 hasta inclusive 6ES7 354-1AH01-0AE0, versión de firmware 3.3
Módulos con bus P local
La CPU 318 no soporta la configuración de los módulos que exploran los módulos periféricos con un bus P local propio (p.ej. FM 356).
Ud. puede configurar dichos módulos sólo sin bus P local.
He aquí los accesos directos a la periferia no admisibles a travès de la interfase PROFIBUS-DP integrada:
S Accesos a palabras dobles donde los respectivos bytes se hallan en diferentes módulos
periféricos.
S Accesos a palabras dobles en los que se rebasa un límite de consistencia,
Si la CPU procesa uno de estos comandos en el programa de control, pasa a continuación
al modo operativo STOP. En el búfer de diagnóstico se registra el evento Cód. op. (16#4578)
no definido. La psición del programa puede localizarse a través de la información adicional.
Configuración de otras CPUs
Ud. no puede asumir en la CPU 318-2 las configuraciones de las CPUs 312 IFM a 315-1.
Remedio: Genere mediante el STEP 7 desde V 5.0 un nuevo proyecto con la CPU 318-2.
Para configurar la CPU 315-2 DP, tenga en cuenta lo descrito en el Manual S7-300
(6ES7 398-8AA03-8DA0).

Moduli con bus P locale
La CPU 318 non supporta progettazione di moduli che accedono a moduli periferici con un
proprio bus P locale (ad esempio l’FM 356).
Tali moduli possono essere progettati solo senza bus P locale.
Accessi alla periferia non ammessi tramite l’interfaccia PROFIBUS-DP integrata sono:
S Accessi di parola doppia nei quali i byte in questione si trovano in moduli periferici diversi
S Accessi di parola doppia che superano un limite di congruenza
Se nel programma del controllore la CPU elabora una tale istruzione, essa si porta poi in
STOP. Nel buffer di diagnostica è registrato l’evento Opcode indefinito (16#4578). Il punto del
programma interessato può essere trovato tramite l’informazione supplementare.
Progettazione di altre CPU
Le progettazioni delle CPU 312 IFM fino a 315-1 non possono essere trasferite nella CPU
318-2. Rimedio: creare in STEP 7 dalla V5.0 un nuovo progetto con la CPU 318-2.
Per le progettazioni della CPU 315-2 DP prestare attenzione alla descrizione del Manuale
S7-300 (6ES7 398-8AA03-8EA0).
