The book, written by Pablo Cardona and Carlos Rey, focuses on a success story based on the Sony Espana experience.
Both the book author and the implementer, one of the top executives of the global Sony Espana corporation
Pedro V. Naverrete Sanz will share their insights and along with other speakers will talk about innovations in management.

Pedro V. Navarrete Sanz
Pedro V. Navarrete Sanz is a founder and CEO at
PVN & Asociados, a newly created consulting company that aims its activities at companies’ transformation. “In the current environment it is essential to
adapt/change the organizations in order to increase
the value created. It has to be done by continuous
change and innovation, driven by the most talented
people”, says Pedro who had enjoyed a career at
Sony Corporation from 1999 to 2012 until he left the
company for his own business. Pedro had worked at
Sony in different capacities – starting as Sony Espana
Deputy Managing Director, moving into duties of
Managing Director in 2003, and – finally – serving as
Senior Vice President at Sony Europe responsible for
marketing communications, on-line and direct sales,
brand activation, after sales service, training, market
and customer research, etc. Pedro is a frequent
lecturer at universities and business schools.
Carlos Rey
Carlos Rey is a business strategy and change management consultant for companies such as Sony,
Lavazza, Repsol and Bristol Myers Squib. He is
professor of Strategic Leadership at International
University of Catalonia (UIC). Formerly, he held managing positions in countries like India, Mexico,
United Kingdom, Spain. Carlos was a Managing
Director of HUF Spain, a leading company in tier one
automobile industry with over 500 employees. He is
co-author of Management by Missions, Palgrave
2008 (published in four languages) and several
articles on leadership and change management.
Carlos Rey is one of the founders of DMP Consulting
in Barcelona.
Donatas Ramonas
Donatas Ramonas is the founder and CEO of CRC
Consulting, Vilnius. Donatas has an extensive expertise in training and consulting various industries. His
areas of expertise are sales strategy, strategic
project management and strategy development.
Prior to this role, Donatas worked at various universities and consulting companies. He also served as a
head of project management programs at ISM
executive school. Donatas’ professional development is continuously renewed in London, Vienna,
Brussels, Chicago, Barcelona and Stockholm. Donatas also has served as a member of the Board of
Directors for LCC International University.
Dr. Eric Hinderliter
Dr. Eric Hinderliter is a professor in the International
Business Administration department at LCC International University where he began teaching in
January 2001. He teaches upper level economics
courses: Comparative Economics, Development
Economics, International Economics, and the
Economics of Conflict together with Political
Economy and Faith and Economics. Prior to coming
to LCC, he was the executive director of two NGOs
and worked for three cities as director of community and economic development. He earned his
PhD from Brown University USA on the topic of
German social policy under Bismarck.
