District of Clearwater PRESS RELEASE THE DISTRICT HIRES A NEW PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT The District of Clearwater is pleased to announce the hiring of Ryan Papp, who will take on the role of Public Works Superintendent. Ryan brings extensive experience in project management, infrastructure maintenance and environmental monitoring. Ryan has lived in Clearwater since 2001 and has held positions with Weyerhaeuser Vavenby Division prior to its closure, spent the last two years with Yellowhead Mines Inc. and is a local entrepreneur where he and his wife have been the owner / operators of Clearwater Soap Works since 2004.
