4. Battery Pack Usage
1. To start charging the phone with the built-in micro USB connector, press the power button
once. The indicator light will be turned on and stay on.
2. To stop charging the phone, press the power button again. The indicator light will be turned
off.
3. To start charging other devices using the micro USB Power OUT port, connect the device
to the Power Out port through the Power Out Cable. Press the power button once. The
indicator light will be turned on.
4. To stop charging other devices, press the power button again. The indicator light will be
turned off.
5. You may charge the phone with the built-in micro USB connector and another device with
the Power OUT port simultaneously. But the total power output combined will be capped
at 1000 mA.
6. The battery pack can be charged and discharged simultaneously.
7. Whenever you start charging any devices and/or connect the battery pack to a compatible
power source to get it charged, the battery level indicator will be switched on:
Red rouge
Amber ambre
Green vert

1. Never charge the battery pack with the Power OUT port. Doing so may risk damaging the
battery pack.
2. Always keep the contact pins and contact plates clean.
3. Do not store or use battery in excess of the designed temperature ranges.
4. Do not place battery in fire.
5. Stop using if battery is damaged, excessively hot or showing other abnormalities.
6. Do not disassemble battery or attempt to repair or modify it in any manner.
7. Do not expose battery to moisture or submerge it in liquid. Keep battery dry at all times.
8. Do not charge battery other than using the built-in 2.5mm DC connector.
9. For extended storage, first charge battery for one hour.
10. Never dispose battery in the garbage.
11. Do not over-tighten mounting bracket to prevent breakage.
12. Do not bend the cover to prevent deformation.
13. The BikeConsole is designed to be splash proof only. Do not immerse it in water.
14. Make sure the BikeConsole is securely locked to mounting bracket before riding.

A. 1. Pull the 2 side levers from the bottom of the case.
2. Open the 2 side latches.
3. Pull the lower latch out a bit to lift up the front cover.

2. Position the 2 side latches on the grooves of the cover.
3. Push the 2 side levers down until the front cover is locked.

F. 1. Push the battery pack towards the back of the BikeConsole until the 4 prongs sink inside
the trough.
2. Push the battery pack forward until the 4 prongs lock in place.
3. Turn the knob clockwise until the battery pack is firmly locked in place.
G.1. Place the whole unit on the mounting bracket until the 4 prongs get into the trough at the
back of the battery pack.
2. Slide the whole unit backward until the Quick Release locks in.
3. Turn the knob clockwise until the whole unit is firmly locked in place.

Gently tilt the micro USB connector up by not more than 5˚.
D. 1. Tilt the phone and gently insert it into the micro USB connector.
2. Push the rest of the phone in until it fits snugly inside the silicone liner.

Use a screw driver to loosen the 2 Phillips screws on the lower end of the case.
Discard the 2 screws.
Remove the plastic cover.
In place of the plastic cover, insert the micro USB connector module (1.B.). Ensure the 2
cables coming out from the lower end of the module stay in the groove.
5. Insert the 2 longer Phillips screws coming with the package (1.C.) into the module.
6. Use a screw driver to tighten the module in the case.

Push the power button on the battery pack once to start charging the phone. Push again
to stop.
I. 1. Open the Power IN cap for charging the battery pack. Open the Power OUT cap for using
the battery pack to charge other devices.
2. Screw in the 2.5mm DC connector of the Power In cable to the Power IN port, and connect
the USB connector at the other end of the cable to a compatible power source for charging
the battery pack. Plug in the micro USB connector of the Power Out cable to the Power OUT
port, and plug in the charging cable of the other device to the female USB connector at
the other end of the cable to charge the device with the battery pack. To start charging,
push the power button once.
3. Rotate the Power In cable clockwise to fix it firmly on the Power IN port.
