4. Minimum bid shall be Rs.3.50 lacs Per Annum Per Site.
5. Date of the sale of bids shall be from 23-08-2014 to 11-09-2014 upto 02:00 p.m, The bid shall be
accompanied with a CDR for Rs.1.00 lacs each for every location from any nationalized bank drawn in
favour of Chief Accounts Officer, Jammu Municipal Corporation, Jammu.
6. The bid shall be submitted in 2 envelops, one for technical bid and other for financial bid.
7. The tendering process shall be in two stages.
ViZ (a) Evaluation of Technical/pre-qualification bids.
(b) Evaluation of financial bids. The financial bids of only those bidders, who qualify prequalification/ Technical criteria, shall be evaluated / considered. Detailed terms and conditions of tender document may be referred.
(c) The tender received through registered/Speed Post shall only be accepted by or before 12-092014 upto 02:00 PM.

A special CBI court today
issued letters rogatory (LRs) to
the competent authorities of
United
Kingdom
(UK),
Switzerland, Singapore, United
Arab Emirates (UAE) and British
Virgin Island in connection with
probe into the Rs 3,6000-crore
VVIP helicopter deal scam.
The order came after CBI
moved the court seeking issuance
of LRs to these five countries for
its probe and collection of documents in the case in which retired
Air Chief Marshal S P Tyagi and
various others were named as
accused in the FIR.
"Heard. Let the LR be issued
to the competent authority,
Switzerland....For obtaining original/authenticated documents as
given in annexureIII and recording statements of witnesses /
persons as mentioned in
annexureIV of the application,"
