DOUBLE DEGREE POSSIBILITIES
MA in Democracy and Human Rights in SouthEast Europe (from the University of Sarajevo
and the University of Bologna) or
MA in International Relations and Diplomatic
Affairs (from the University of Bologna)
Double PhD Program. Successful graduates may
be recommended to enroll in our Double PhD
Program with the University of Bologna (UniBo),
Institute of EU Law. It will allow them to complete
two PhD dissertations on the basis of co-tutorship
by two academic.

Admissions criteria
Portfolio: the applicants need to submit the
documents specified by the Admissions Rules
(http://ma.hse.ru/en/), a motivation letter, a
writing sample (preferably thesis or their final
work for previous degree), diplomas and
certificates, if applicable.
English language exam or an international English
language certificate (IELTS > 5.0, TOEFL IBT > 61,
CAE, CPE, BEC)
Tuition Fee: 220 000 rubles (6285 USD OR 4680
EURO a year). Starting from 2012/13, all foreign
nationals can be considered for state-funded places
within the Quota Scheme. More information
available at http://www.hse.ru/international/quota.
Russian citizens can apply to state-funded places as
well.
