ORGANIZATION
Experience
ur company was founded in 1964 in Brescia (Italy) and is a leader in the aluminum
and zamak die casting industry. We have
2 plants with a covered area of 36.00mq, where we
produce aluminum and zinc die castings with presses up to 2000 tons. In 2006 Industrie Pasotti opened another production company, BrixiaPress sro,
in Banska Bystrica, which is also in the aluminum
die casting industry. Industrie Pasotti processes
about 18.000 tons of aluminum per year in the two
plants in Brescia and BrixiaPress supply other
2.000 tons of aluminum per year.

9001:2008 standards for the production of machined aluminum and zink die casted parts and our
factory in Sabbio Chiese (BS) has also the certification ISO/TS 16949:2009 by SGS ITALY.

Our added value is the delivering to our customers
not only die casted parts but finished parts with mechanical machining and surface treatments, and
also tested with leak tests.
With this goal, specific investments have been
made in order to develop a program of research
and technological innovation that has allowed the
company to reach a high degree of automatisation
with extremely reliable quality.

QUALITY CONTROL
An efficient control system assures the quality of
the raw material by means of scrupulous tests, ensuring that customers’ requirements are respected
during the various stages of production. Die-cast
parts are subjected to a variety of stringent quality
controls, to ensure that customers receive products
that are suitable for the requested use.
• TESTING DEVICES:
- 3 Quant meters for chemical analysis
• FOUNDRY:
