Job Title: COO
Company: Fast-growing restaurant franchisee expanding around the Southeast with one of the
restaurant industry’s most successful and high-performing QSR brands needs hands-on COO to lead
operations, HR, and new unit growth.
Location: Columbus, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales.
- Manage P&L and accounting practices. Reduce overages.
- Establish comprehensive training plans and operations policies.
- Liasion with construction vendors and lead new store openings.
- Ensure compliance and high standards for human resources.
Experience:
- Previous successful experience overseeing QSR multi-unit managers.
- Franchise experience is desirable.
- Skilled in accounting, marketing, hospitality, coaching, training.
- Technologically savvy.
- Strong communication skills to be an ambassador for the company in the community.
