NSF SEC 7009: Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) “The Director shall require that each institution that applies for financial assistance from the Foundation for science and engineering research or education describe in its grant proposal a plan to provide appropriate training and oversight in the responsible and ethical conduct of research to undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers participating in the proposed research project.” UNH believes that providing all researchers with RCR training is valuable for current and future research activities and is consistent with our Experiential Education focus. Please send your documentation to Carol Withers ([email protected] or Maxcy 202) or bring it to the seminar. Thank you. We will use this as a basis for the case studies seminar. Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) For students who may be using non-human vertebrate animals for research/teaching purposes, you must apply for approval from IACUC.
