COMMUNITY MIXER LUNCHEON: The next “Community Mixer Luncheon” will be held
on February 15 at 12:00 p.m. The mixer will be held at the Castagnas Restaurant, just down
Route 30 W from here, by Flight 93 Memorial. Please make a reservation with me (754-8069)
so I can inform them if they need to add an extra server. It is a lot of fun -- you can meet new
and old neighbors. It is totally informal. I have name tags so you know who is who. 

YOGA CLASSES: I am currently teaching exercise classes at the Indian Lake Lodge and have
been teaching there for the past 15 years. I teach all types of exercise and I am going to begin a
yoga class. The class will be focusing on increasing flexibility, overall body strength for better
balance and more focus on core strength. I am starting on April 17th, Wednesday at 9:15 AM
and will have classes every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:15 AM until 10:00. The cost is $5 per
class, no monthly membership needed: Pay as you come. If you have any questions, you can

WANTED: Tabs from aluminum cans for the Ronald McDonald House for very sick Children forced to be away from home for medical treatment. This allows their parents to stay
near the children for physical and moral support. Please save them and pass them on to me.
