1. REGLES
1.1 Les Règles de Course à la Voile (RCV) de l’International Sailing Fédération (ISAF). 1.2 Tous
les bateaux français devront satisfaire à la catégorie de navigation de plus de 6 milles d’un abri. 1.3
Tous les bateaux étrangers devront être en règle avec la 3ième catégorie de l’OSR (Offshore Sailing
Rules) 2014 avec un canot de survie. 1.4 Les règles de Jauge IRC 2014. 1.5 Les instructions de
course qui seront diffusées à la clôture des inscriptions.
2. PUBLICITE
Chaque voilier doit être en conformité avec la RCV 79. Conformément à l’article 20.3.1 (b) du
Code de publicité de l’ISAF, la catégorie C s’applique. Chaque voilier devra être en règle avec son
autorité nationale en ce qui concerne les autorisations de port de publicité.
3. ADMISSIBILITE ET INSCRIPTION
3.1 YACHTS ADMIS Tous les yachts monocoques en possession d’un certificat de Jauge IRC
2014 d’une longueur de coque supérieur ou égale à 8 mètres.
3.2 PRÉ INSCRIPTION Adressez votre pré inscription par mail ou poste à la direction de la
course accompagné du montant de la caution de 300 € avant le 15 Avril 2014. Les Inscriptions
définitives devront parvenir impérativement accompagnées contribution aux frais d’organisation,
par chèque, le nombre de bateaux est limité à 40, les concurrents ayant fait parvenir leur bulletin
d’inscription complet avec le montant du solde d’inscription s’élevant à 30€ par équipier skipper
compris. L’inscription est possible par email, celle-ci ne sera prise en compte qu’après la réception
du certificat IRC et du règlement de la caution (non remboursable) et des frais d’inscriptions.
4. LICENCES
Tous les membres de l’équipage devront être en possession de la licence fédérale 2014 délivrée par
leur autorité nationale et visée médicalement. Pour les concurrents ne pouvant présenter ce
document ou une attestation d’assurance individuelle en responsabilité civile, une licence pourra
lui être délivrée par le club organisateur.
5. JAUGE
Tous les bateaux devront être en possession d’un certificat de jauge IRC validé 2014, délivré par
l’UNCL, l’UVAI, le RORC. Aucun certificat IRC ne sera pas délivré les 19 et 20 juillet jours
réservés aux inscriptions et contrôles. Les concurrents devront vérifier si le TCC enregistré sur leur
bulletin d’inscription est conforme à celui de leur certificat de jauge IRC 2014. Après la signature
des documents s’y afférents, aucune modification du TCC ne sera autorisée, sauf erreur constatée
et signalée au directeur de la course avant le 19 juillet 20h qui examinera avec le président du
Comité de Course, du Jury et le Jaugeur, la validité de la demande de modification. Dans tous les
cas la liste des engagés sera affichée la veille de la première épreuve et l’article 20.2 des
instructions de course s’applique.
6. JURY
Le Jury jugera avec possibilité d’appel auprès de la FFVoile.
7. CLASSEMENTS ET DEFINITION DES CLASSES
Le classement général toutes classes est prévu, ainsi qu’un classement qui réparti, en trois classes
en fonction de leur coefficient IRC 2014. Le trophée “Femme à la Barre” offert par la FFV sera
attribué au yacht le mieux placé, skippé par une femme et cela dans chacune des classes, 1,2,3.
L’attribution des points pour chaque épreuve est précisée dans les instructions de course. Le comité
de course répartira la flotte en 3 classes La répartition de la flotte dans ces classes sera de la seule
responsabilité de l’organisateur assisté des présidents du CC et du Jury et du jaugeur IRC.

8. PLACE AU PORT
Le nombre de places étant limité à quarante, les bateaux ayant reçu leur attestation d’inscription
recevra conjointement une fiche de réservation de place au port d’Ajaccio formalisée par les
autorités portuaires pour les dates suivantes: Le règlement des places dans les port payant seront
réglés directement par chaque bateau. Pour les dates d’arrivées et réservées pour les concurrents le
YCCM a engagé des négociations pour une minoration tarifaire et une garantie de réservation. Les
bateaux doivent rester à la place qui leur est attribuée dans les ports.
9. COMMUNICATION ET SECURITE
Un bateau ne doit pas effectuer de transmissions radio VHF qui ne soient recevables par tous les
bateaux, seule la fréquence et le canal attribué à la course par la préfecture maritime sera utilisable.
Le Skipper ou le propriétaire du bateau devra communiquer son ou ses N° de téléphone portable au
comité d’organisation. Ces Numéros resteront confidentiels, mais ils sont nécessaires pour les
communications exceptionnelles et de sécurité.
10. TROPHEES ET RECOMPENSES
Des trophées des divers commanditaires du Mediterranean Trophy. Nota : Pour les prix de valeurs
leurs montants définitifs seront donnés lors de la clôture de la chaîne d’inscription.
11. DECHARGE DE RESPONSABILITE.
Les concurrents participent à la régate entièrement à leurs propres risques. Voir la règle 4 des RCV
2014 décisions de courir. L’autorité organisatrice n’acceptera aucune responsabilité, en cas de
dommage humain ou matériel, dans le cadre de la régate, aussi bien avant, pendant, qu’après la
régate.
12. ASSURANCE
Chaque bateau participant ou accompagnant doit détenir une assurance valide en responsabilité
civile avec une couverture minimale de 200 000 €

1. RULES
1.1 The Racing Rules of Sailing ( RRS ) of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF). 1.2 All
French vessels must comply with the navigation category over 6,000 shelter. 1.3 All foreign
vessels must be in good standing with the 3rd category of OSR (Offshore Sailing Rules) in 2014
with a life raft . 1.4 The rules of IRC 2014 Tonnage. 1.5 The sailing instructions will be distributed
at the close of entries.
2. ADVERTISING
Each yacht must be in accordance with RRS 79 . Accordance with Article 20.3.1 ( b) of the Code
of ISAF Advertising, Category C applies. Each boat must be in good standing with their national
authority regarding authorizations to carry advertising .
3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
3.1 YACHTS ALLOWED All monohull yachts in possession of a certificate Gauge IRC 2014
hull length greater than or equal to 8 meters.
3.2 PRE REGISTRATION Send your pre-registration by email or post to the direction of the race
along with the amount of the deposit of 300 € before April 15, 2014. Final entries must be
submitted accompanied essential contribution to organizational costs , by check, the number of
boats is limited to 40 competitors who submitted their registration form complete with the balance
amount enrollment rising 30 € per crew including skipper . Registration is possible via email, it
will be taken into account after receiving the IRC certificate and settlement of the deposit ( non
refundable) and registration fees.
4. LICENCES
All crew members must be in possession of the 2014 federal license issued by their national
authority and referred medically. For competitors can not present this document or an individual
liability insurance certificate, a license may be issued to him by the organizing club.
5. GAUGE
All boats must be in possession of a certificate validated gauge IRC 2014 issued by the UNCL the
UVAI the RORC. No IRC certificate will not be issued the July 19 and 20 days reserved for
registrations and controls. Competitors must check whether recorded on their registration form
TCC is consistent with their certificate of IRC 2014 gauge. After signing the documents relating
thereto , no amendment to the TCC will be permitted, except error detected and reported to the race
director before 19 July 20h to discuss with the President of the Race Committee, the Jury and
themeasurer, the validity of the request for amendment. In all cases the entry list will be posted
before the first test and Article 20.2 of the Sailing Instructions applies.
6. JURY
The Jury will judge with the possibility of appeal to the FFVoile.
7. CLASSIFICATION AND DEFINITION OF CLASSES
The general ranking all classes is expected, and a ranking divided into three classes according to
their coefficient IRC 2014 . • The trophy “Woman at the Bar “ offered by the FFV will be awarded
to the best placed yacht , skippered by a woman and that in each class , 1,2,3. • Points are awarded
for each event is specified in the sailing instructions. • The race committee will divide the fleet into
three classes The distribution of the fleet in these classes will be the sole responsibility of the
organizer attended by Presidents of the CC and the Jury and the IRC measurer.

8. BERTHING
The number of places is limited to forty boats who received their certificate of registration will
receive a booking form together to place Ajaccio Port formalized by port authorities for the
following dates: The regulation places in the harbor fee will paid directly by each boat. For dates
of arrival and reserved for competitors YCCM began negotiations for a lower bound tariff and
booking guarantee. Boats must remain in place assigned to them in ports.
9. COMMUNICATION AND SECURITY
A boat shall not carry VHF radio are admissible to all boats transmissions, only the frequency and
the channel assigned to the race by the maritime prefecture will be usable. The skipper or owner of
the vessel shall communicate his or her cell phone No. to the organizing committee. These
numbers remain confidential, but they are necessary for exceptional communications and security.

11. DISCLAIMER
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See RRS rule 4 - 2014 decision to
run. The organizing authority will not accept any liability in the event of human or material
damage , as part of the race , both before , during, or after the regatta.
12. INSURANCE
Each participating boat or accompanying must hold a valid third-party liability insurance with a
minimum coverage of € 200 000.

1. REGOLE
1.1 Il Regolamento di Regata (RRS) della International Sailing Federation ( ISAF ). 1.2 Tutte le
navi francesi devono essere conformi alla categoria di navigazione oltre 6.000 riparo. 1.3 . Tutti i
pescherecci stranieri devono essere in regola con il 3 ° categoria di OSR ( Offshore Regole Vela )
nel 2014 con una zattera di salvataggio. 1.4 Le regole di IRC 2014 Stazza. 1.5 Le istruzioni di
regata saranno distribuiti alla chiusura delle iscrizioni .
2. PUBBLICITÀ
Ogni barca deve essere in accordo con RRS 79 . Ai sensi dell'articolo 20.3.1 ( b) , del codice di
ISAF Advertising , categoria C si applica .Ogni imbarcazione deve essere in regola con la propria
autorità nazionale in materia di autorizzazioni di pubblicità.
3. AMMISSIONE E ISCRIZIONE
3.1 YACHTS AMMESSI Tutte le imbarcazioni monoscafo in possesso di una lunghezza dello
scafo certificato IRC 2014 Gauge maggiore o uguale a 8 metri .
3.2 REGISTRAZIONE PRE Invia la tua pre-iscrizione tramite e-mail o per posta alla direzione
della gara con l'importo della caparra di 300 € entro il 15 Aprile 2014. Indicazioni finali devono
essere presentate contributo essenziale accompagnato costi organizzativi , tramite assegno , il
numero di imbarcazioni è limitato a 40 i concorrenti che hanno presentato il loro modulo di
iscrizione completo di importo del saldo iscrizioni in aumento del 30 € per equipaggio compreso
skipper. La registrazione è possibile tramite e-mail , verrà presa in considerazione dopo aver
ricevuto il certificato IRC e la liquidazione del deposito ( non rimborsabile) e la quota di iscrizione.
4. LICENZE
Tutti i membri dell'equipaggio devono essere in possesso della licenza federale 2014 rilasciata
dalla propria autorità nazionale e di cui medico. Per i concorrenti non possono presentare questo
documento o un certificato di assicurazione di responsabilità individuale , la licenza può essere
rilasciata a lui dal club organizzatore.
5. CALIBRO
Tutte le imbarcazioni dovranno essere in possesso di un certificato convalidato calibro IRC 2014
rilasciato dal UNCL l' UVAI RORC . Nessun certificato IRC non sarà rilasciato il 19 luglio e 20
giorni riservato per registrazioni e controlli. I concorrenti devono verificare se registrato sul
modulo di iscrizione TCC è coerente con il loro certificato di IRC 2014 calibro. Dopo la firma dei
relativi documenti , modifiche del TCC sarà consentito , salvo errore trovato e segnalato al
direttore di gara prima 19 Luglio 20:00 per discutere con il Presidente del Comitato di Regata , la
Giuria e il misuratore, la validità della richiesta di modifica. In tutti i casi sarà pubblicato l'elenco
voce prima si applica la prima prova e l'articolo 20.2 delle Istruzioni di Regata.
6. GIURIA
La giuria giudicherà con la possibilità di ricorso alla FFVoile.
7. CLASSIFICAZIONE E DEFINIZIONE DELLE CLASSI
La classifica generale di tutte le classi è previsto , e una classifica divisi in tre classi in base al loro
coefficiente IRC 2014. Trofeo " Donna al timone" offerto dalla FFV sarà assegnato allo yacht più
idonea, timonato da una donna e che in ogni classe , 1,2,3. I punti sono assegnati per ogni evento è
specificato nelle istruzioni di regata. Il comitato di regata sarà dividere la flotta in tre classi La
distribuzione della flotta in queste classi sarà di esclusiva responsabilità dell'organizzatore
partecipato presidenti del CC e della Giuria e il misuratore IRC.

8. ORMEGGIO
Il numero dei posti è limitato a quaranta imbarcazioni che hanno ricevuto il loro certificato di
iscrizione riceveranno un modulo di prenotazione insieme per mettere porto di Ajaccio
formalizzata dalle autorità portuali per le seguenti date : i luoghi regolamento del canone di porto
sarà versati direttamente da ogni barca . Per le date di arrivo e riservato per concorrenti YCCM ha
iniziato i negoziati per una tariffa limite inferiore e garanzia della prenotazione.
9. COMUNICAZIONE E SICUREZZA
Una barca non deve portare la radio VHF sono ammissibili a tutte le barche trasmissioni, solo la
frequenza e il canale assegnato alla gara dalla prefettura marittima sarà utilizzabile . Il comandante
o il proprietario della nave comunica il suo telefono cellulare No. al comitato organizzatore. Questi
numeri rimangono confidenziali, ma sono necessarie per le comunicazioni e la sicurezza
eccezionali.
10. TROFEI E PREMI
Trofei di vari sponsor del Trofeo del Mediterraneo.
11. DISCLAIMER
I concorrenti partecipano alla regata a loro rischio e pericolo .Vedi regola RRS 4 2014 decisione di
correre .L'autorità organizzatrice non si assume alcuna responsabilità in caso di danni umana o
materiale, come parte di gara , sia prima , durante o dopo la regata .
12. ASSICURAZIONI
Ogni barca partecipante o di accompagnamento deve essere in possesso di una assicurazione di
responsabilità civile valida con una copertura minima di € 200 000.
