It operates a worldwide system consisting of three regions: DeCA East, Fort Lee, VA; DeCA West, McClellan, CA; DeCA Europe, Kapaun Air Station, Germany. We acquire supplies, services, equipment, brand/non-brand name subsistence and resale services in support of the commissaries. Each day the FedBizOpps lists Federal business opportunities worth $25,000 or more, identifies subcontracting opportunities, and lists contract awards. Generally, contractors first learn of a competitive acquisition when the public notice appears in FedBizOpps. Such public notices contain information pertaining to specific solicitations and are far more detailed than this forecast.
