TRAIN THE TRAINER -‐ Seminar organized by AHK/GIC Vietnam How to start in-‐company training? This is a pressing question to human resources staff in companies. Skilled trainers are a key for establishing quality in vocational training. With good understanding of the relevance and of tasks of an “Ausbilder”, i.e. an in-‐company training specialist, the chance to set up a sustainable and high quality apprenticeship will be much higher. AHK/GIC Vietnam will organize a “Train the Trainer”-‐Seminar to provide your staff with knowledge and skills to take over responsibility for in-‐company training programs and apprentices. The course is scheduled to take place in December 2014. The combination between self-‐learning and learning class and also the structure of the content of this course is oriented on the real situation in companies and follows the typical chronology of the vocational training in 4 activities field below. Activity 1: Requirement for an apprenticeship and planning of vocational training Activity 2: Preparation for the vocational training and the appointing of new apprentices Activity 3: Conduct vocational training Activity 4: Examination and certification of vocational training The aim of the seminar is to train the trainer and staff of human resources department in vocational and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities. After passing the exam, the participants will receive an authority certificate from AHK/GIC Vietnam, which will be acknowledged by AHK Vietnam when evaluating training programs for certification.
