LA PRODUZIONE

Il cuore pulsante di MA.BO. è il reparto di produzione, dotato di macchinari
tecnologicamente all’avanguardia e di personale altamente qualificato che ne
garantisce il perfetto funzionamento.
Su di esso si fonda un processo produttivo flessibile ed affidabile.
Il parco macchine si compone di 50 torni CNC a fantina mobile e a testa fissa
con caricatori automatici, per la lavorazione di barre con un diametro da 2 fino
a 50mm, oltre a filettatrici ad orbitali, rullatrici, torni per la lavorazione di
materiale temprato, rettifiche senza centri di passata e a tuffo e rettifiche sui
centri. Grazie alla collaborazione consolidata di sub-fornitori, MA.BO. è in grado
di assumersi il ruolo di Capocommessa per la realizzazione di prodotti complessi
in tutte le fasi di lavorazione. Il moderno impianto lavametalli con
carico e scarico automatico consente la disoleazione e/o
la protezione antiossidante a secco delle minuterie.

produttivo di sistemi automatizzati costruiti ad hoc
per l’ingegnerizzazione del processo produttivo
ed esprimere al meglio la propria efficienza e
competitività.

Our Production
technology and flexibility
The production department is the beating heart of MA.BO., where technologically
advanced machinery and highly skilled personnel achieve perfection. It is the
foundation on which a flexible and reliable production process is created.
The machinery comprises 50 fixed and sliding headstock CNC lathes with
automatic loaders for machining 2 to 50mm diameter bars, as well as orbital
thread-cutting machines, rolling machines, lathes for machining hardened
materials, centerless and plunge grinders and center-type grinders. Thanks
to tried and tested teamwork with sub-contractors, MA.BO. is able to act as prime
contractor in all the processing phases of complex job orders. Lastly, the modern
metal cleaning system with automatic loading and unloading function allows the
components to be de-oiled and/or treated with corrosion inhibitor.
To enhance efficiency and competitiveness, MA.BO. can outfit the production
department with purpose-built automated manufacturing engineering
systems.

L’eccellenza di MA.BO. affonda le sue radici
nell’estrema attenzione per la QUALITà di ogni
singola lavorazione.
Il reparto dedicato al controllo qualità è dotato
delle più moderne tecnologie di misurazione e di
personale altamente qualificato che opera in stretta
sinergia con il reparto produttivo.
Il sistema aziendale di MA.BO. srl opera in conformità
alle normative UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, sulla base della
certificazione rilasciata da D.N.V. ed ha già attivato le
procedure per la certificazione ISO TS 16949.
La stessa Responsabilità che pone MA.BO. ai vertici della
Qualità, ha portato l’azienda ad adottare le soluzioni
necessarie per la creazione di un Sistema di Gestione
Ambientale che diverrà entro la fine del 2014
Certificazione ISO 14001. Proprio questa sensibilità ha
spinto MA.BO. srl ad auto produrre un terzo del suo
fabbisogno di energia elettrica installando circa 200
kWp di pannelli fotovoltaici.

The excellence achieved by MA.BO. grounds its roots in painstaking care for the
QUALITY of each individual process. The quality control department features
the most modern measuring technologies and highly skilled
staff members who work in synergy with the production department.
The business system of MA.BO. srl functions in accordance with standard UNI EN
ISO 9001:2008 on the basis of certification issued by D.N.V., while the procedures
for ISO TS 16949 certification are already underway.
The same Responsibility that allowed MA.BO. to achieve top Quality also
encouraged the enterprise to adopt solutions leading to the creation of an
Environmental Management System that will result in ISO 14001 certification
within the end of 2014.
Thanks to this farsighted outlook, MA.BO. srl now produces one-third of its
electric power requirements having installed photovoltaic panels for some
200 kWp.
