TecnoGen
Super
Silent
soundproof canopy has been
designed with the aim of achieving
the maximum noise level reduction
and to provide a perfect cooling of
the engine. The cooling airflow is
forced through fixed circuits. The
canopy is suitable for tropical
ambient application. The exhaust
gas silencer is residential type
internally mounted. The canopy is
completely built of hot galvanized
carbon sheet steel. The sheets
have a thickness 20/10. The
structure is fully bolted, fixed by a
special
polyethylene
sealing,
completely free from electrical
installation. All the panels can be
easily removed. The cab is
provided with doors of wide
opening for easy access to
generating set for the maintenance
operations. The soundproofing
materials are highly fire resistant
and self-extinguishing.

Description
Features
The X3.3 has all the strength and reliability the genset
industry has come to expect from the X Series range but
in a smaller, lighter and more economical package. The
X3.3 features direct fuel injection, resulting in cleaner,
quieter and more fuel efficient performance. With a highly
compact 4 cylinder envelope and extremely low heat
rejection, the engine offers a high degree of installation
flexibility.
Bosch direct injection in-line pump for cleaner, more efficient
fuel consumption.
Parent bore block with deep, stiff crankcase and optimised rib
arrangement to enhance strength and reduce noise.
12 volt electrics package as standard, with starter, alternator
and fuel solenoid.
This engine has been built to comply
with CE certification.
Minimal derate for high altitude or high ambient applications.
Shallow oil pan and single spin-on oil and fuel filter.
This engine has been designed in
facilities certified to ISO9001 and
manufactured in facilities certified to
ISO9001 or ISO9002.
SAE ‘3/11.5’ flywheel/flywheel housing.

The DSE6110 is an Auto Start
Control Module and the DSE6120
is an Auto Mains (Utility) Failure
Control Module suitable for a wide
variety of single gen-set
applications.
Monitoring speed, frequency,
voltage, current, oil pressure,
coolant temperature and fuel level,
the modules will display warnings,
shutdown and engine status
information on the back-lit LCD
screen and illuminated LED.
Both modules offer electronic
(CAN) and non-electronic (magnetic
pick-up/alternator sensing) engine
versions and offer a number of
flexible inputs, outputs and engine
protections so the system can be
easily adapted to suit a wide range
of application demands.
