The European Commission Initiative on Breast Cancer (ECIBC) The ECIBC is taken forward in close coordination with experts from the 28 EU Member States and Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland and Turkey. They were asked to nominate a national contact as a focal point to represent each participating country during the project.
