QATAR'S PEARL chased the pace inside a rival on the backstretch, angled out leaving the quarter pole, came into the stretch three wide, drifted in while challenging for the lead in midstretch, took a short lead leaving the sixteenth marker and was caught on the wire. JUSTA GUSTA was sent along early then dueled for the lead on the inside around the first turn and down the backstretch, was challenged again at the quarter pole, battled along the rail through the stretch and weakened late in a game effort. TAMA COUNTY angled over to save ground while unhurried into the first turn, chased off the rail down the backstretch and three deep on the second turn, came into the stretch four wide, improved his position in the final furlong but was no threat for the major awards. MIND THE MASTER stalked the dueling leaders into the first turn, chased outside a foe on the backstretch, bid for the lead at the quarter pole, came into the lane between horses, drifted out and weakened in the final furlong. CLOUD HOPPER was three wide into the first turn, chased on the inside down the backstretch, saved ground around the second turn and did not threaten in the lane. JUST BOOKIN bobbled at the start, stalked between horses then outside on the turn, came four wide into the stretch and was edged for second between foes late. FROGGY FRESH chased inside, came out on the turn and three deep into the stretch and was edged for a minor award. FAB FOUR EVER stalked four wide then three deep, bid three wide between foes on the turn, angled in approaching the stretch and weakened. DIXIE DAME had good early speed and angled in, dueled inside, fought back leaving the turn and weakened in the stretch. ILL TELL YOU WHAT angled in and dueled outside a rival then between horses on the turn, steadied sharply in tight passing the quarter pole and weakened.
