TEXAS RED a bit slow into stride, settled just off the rail chasing the pace, angled in leaving the turn, came out and went three deep in midstretch then rallied gamely along the fence. SIR SAMSON pressed the pace three deep then stalked outside the winner leaving the backstretch, bid again three wide into the turn, took a short lead in upper stretch, inched away in midstretch, was between foes in deep stretch and held third. BENCH WARRANT settled off the rail then outside the runner-up chasing the pace, came out in the stretch and finished with interest. JAZZY JOSH dueled between horses then outside a rival leaving the backstretch, fought back between foes on the turn and weakened in the stretch. SERBIAN SYCLONE had good early speed and set a pressured pace inside, fought back on the turn and into the stretch, then weakened.
