All games will follow standard ACAC protocol: 20 minute warm-up, 10 minute halftime and a postgame
presentation of two Players of the Game as per ACAC regular season protocol.
Bronze/Silver/Gold medal presentations will follow the final game along with the
announcement of the All Tournament team and the MVP

ACAC SOCCER AWARDS BANQUET
The ACAC Soccer Awards Banquet will be hosted on Thursday, October 23 at Lakeland’s Servus
Hospitality Centre, located on the main campus. Doors will open at 5:30 PM, dinner at 6:00 PM,
Presentation of ACAC All Conference teams and ACAC Coaches of the Year to follow dinner.
Guest speaker for the evening is Sean Fleming.
11.
REGISTRATION / ACCREDITATION
Accreditation Fee will be $40/person to a maximum of 25 staff per team. Attending colleges can be
invoiced or bring a cheque for the total amount. Additional banquet tickets are available upon request for
th
$30.00 each. Extra seats must be booked by Monday October 20 at 4:00 PM.
Teams will receive a bag containing their accreditation package as they exit the banquet on Thursday.
Each package will include a lanyard with individuals team and name, an ACAC sling bag, and a
tournament toque for each accredited athlete/coach/manager/administrator to a maximum of 25/college

All teams in contention to attend the 2014 ACAC Men’s championships are requested to send

HOSPITALITY
A) Following every game, each team will be provided with a supply poweraid. This will be
supplied to your dressing room
B) Lakeland College has secured the suite at the Royal Hotel for VIP’s and coaching staffs.
Refreshments and snacks will be available.
The suite will not be open on Thursday evening.
