(13 January & 20 January) Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is an ancient practice of cultivating vital life-force energy in the body; consisting of simple physical movements, meditation, creative visualisations, breathing exercises, sound intonation, and selfmassage to revitalise the body and heal your spirit. Qi (Chi), can be used to enhance any function, resolve any challenge, and to elevate consciousness. Practising Qi Gong becomes your own intention to become a part of the emerging force for real and permanent vitality and well being for yourself, your community and beyond. Qi Gong has now been recognized as a ‘standard medical technique’ in China, and included in the medical syllabus of most major universities in China. Introductory course for beginners.
