Annual Agreement Renewal: PageCenter X and VPSX Software Licenses DESCRIPTION OF PURCHASE: Renewal of the licenses for PageCenter X, a report viewing software , and VPSX, printer managing software. PageCenter X allows for direct printouts from the Enterprise Server to a PageCenter X database located on our Enterprise Storage Area Network system. It will allow for local or remote District users to view report images, search on their contents and selectively print desired pages and avoid the need to print the whole report. Security is provided by groups associated with our departments and schools . VPSX software works as a complimentary solution to PageCenter X. VSPX addresses managing printers and delivering output to printers , as well as the capture and delivery mechanism for importing reports into PageCenter X. See attached. ("Licensor") and The School District of Escambia County, FL ("Licensee"). At th~ end of the Tenn, this Renewal Amendment shall expire unless the parties mutually agree to extend the term at a fee to be negotiated by entering into a renewal amendment, executed by the parties hereto. 3. License Fee: The License Fees payable under this Renewal Amendment shall be paid in the amounts and on the dates set forth in the table below. These fees are exclusive of increase due the licensing of additional supported printers and/or users. The parties agree that any reproduction of this Renewal Amendment made by reliable means (e.g. photocopy, facsimile , scanned image) may be delivered, or partially executed, to the other party electronically (e .g. facsimile or electronic mail). Any such reliable reproduction of this Renewal Amendment shall be considered an original in all respects and any authorized signature thereon shall be deemed genuine irrespective of whether the signature is an original or a reproduction made by reliable means.
