For the second straight year, VPI wins
honor as one of the TOP 25 Small
Businesses in Cobb County for 2014
We consider it a high honor to have
been selected for this award by the
Cobb Chamber of Commerce and the
Atlanta Journal Constitution. VPI was
among a group of over 150 businesses
that were nominated earlier this year.
After a review by an independent panel
of judges, Veterinary Products, Inc., was
selected as one of the top 25 small
Businesses in Cobb County.
Candidates were evaluated based on the
criteria published by the U.S. Small
Business Administration. The criteria
included staying power, growth in the
number of employees, increase in sales
of unit volume, current and past
financial standing, innovative products
and services, response to adversity,
evidence of contributions to aid
community projects and overall
management philosophy.
The awards ceremony will be held at a
Cobb Chamber breakfast on June 2nd.
VPI Distributions to Stockholders
for First Quarter 2014 Estimated at
$177,977.
As reported in our April Newsletter, VPI
set a new sales record for the first
quarter.

Based on adjusted data, VPI sales reached
$2,012,895 versus $1,735,417 last year, a
16% increase.
We are waiting on a final report from one
of our suppliers, but our current estimate
of distributions to our stockholders for
the first quarter is $177,977.
As promised at our February Continuing
Education Conference, we expect to
deliver to you an official statement of
your earnings for the first quarter by the
end of May.
Again, we thank you for your continued
