Participants must attend training in the order that follows:
1. KHBE: Series for New Hires
- KHBE: Support Services
- KHBE: Eligibility & Enrollment
Case Decision must be attained before attending SNAP Series.
2. SNAP Basic Training Series (3 undergraduate credit hours awarded)(currently
being revised)
Case Decision must be attained before attending Adult Medicaid: Basic Series.
3. Adult Medicaid: Basic Series
- Adult Medicaid: Z Cases
- Adult Medicaid: Spend Downs, Pass Through and State Supplementation
3a. Adult Medicaid: Long Term Care Series (only if working in Long Term Care) **
- Adult Medicaid: Long Term Care for Singles
- Adult Medicaid: Long Term Care for Couples
4. KTAP: Series (only if hired in a Case Management position)**
- KTAP: Payee
- KTAP: For Managed Care Cases
- Kentucky Works Program
Additional Required Courses:
KHBE: Insurance Affordability Program (If participant attended SNAP Series as a first
program, participant must complete this as a second program before going to Adult
Medicaid.)
Civil Rights Review WBT (required yearly)
Domestic Violence: Basic WBT (in development)
Domestic Violence: Biennial Continuing Education WBT (required every 2 years)
Elder Abuse: Continuing Education WBT (required every 2 years)
Elder Abuse: Initial Course
Exploring Cultural Diversity and Prejudice
Harassment Prevention: Refresher WBT (required by DCBS yearly)
Taking Care of Yourself
Workplace Violence Prevention*** (required by OHRM every 2 years)
