Hengeler Mueller advises WMF on sale of Alfi
WMF AG decided to sell its subsidiary Alfi GmbH to Thermos group, one of the world's
leading manufacturer of portable insulated food and beverage containers. The two
parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
WMF is one of the leading premium manufacturers of cutlery, tableware and kitchen
products as well as professional coffee machines. The company was founded in 1853 in
Geislingen/Steige and now operates on an international scale, with more than 6,000
employees at more than 40 locations worldwide.
Hengeler Mueller advised WMF on the transaction. The Hengeler Mueller team was led
