“Business as Usual”
BHS training: Capacity = 35 attendees (equates to 8-10 coaches/ helpers at every session)
• 2013/14: At capacity most of year all nights
• Very few dropouts during year – waiting list
• Imbalance in age groups / gender
• Min age raised
