We send one set of Jerseys and Bib shorts in S-XXL so your team can determine sizing. We will apply the cost ($485, less shipping) toward your order upon return of the sizing kit in new, unused and undamaged condition within 10 days of receipt. **You can also use our size charts to determine sizing, please visit our website for size charts.** These samples are not for riding in, they are to try on for the purpose of determining sizing only. Please do not damage the sample kits. Please try the bibshorts on over underwear. Once your order enters production, no changes to the design or order quantities will be allowed. Please review your order (once finalized) and artwork very carefully. 4. You certify that you have the right to use submitted copyrighted logos and company names and will hold VCRC harmless in the event you do not have the right to use said logos. 5. All custom clothing sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Print Name: ________________________________ Signature: __________________________________ Date: _________________ What to expect when placing an order • The first step is to place your order (give us a good estimate of how many of each item you will be ordering, you do not have to commit to sizes at this time but try to estimate sizes based on current kits) and pay the deposit (50% of the total order). It is very important to estimate as close to possible the total amount of clothing you will be ordering so that we can accurately schedule and produce your kits. • Next you print out our templates and design your kits. • Once we have the deposit, we will send out the sample sizing kit (if you requested them on the order form) OR you can choose sizes based on our size charts. • Once you have paid the deposit, we start designing your team kit and making any changes you'd like. The process may take longer depending on factors such as the complexity of your design or how many changes you'd like but for most teams we can finalize things in 7 days. • Next you finalize your order by choosing the exact sizes you would like. • Once finalized, we start production which usually takes 6-8 weeks. • Once we finish the order, we will collect the balance due and then ship your order. IF YOU WANT US TO CONTACT YOU BEFORE COLLECTING THE BALANCE DUE, PLEASE NOTIFY US. Our policy is to charge the card when we finish the kits. • Shipping will take anywhere from 1-3 days (on average) for USA customers, depending on what method of shipping you choose. International shipping usually takes about 10 days but can be slower due to customs. Some countries (Canada) are very slow with customs. • We do offer a discount of 5% off for paid in full orders. If you pay the full amount up front (rather than the 50% deposit and 50% balance at shipping), we will deduct 5% off the order total. This does not apply to shipping costs or the sizing kit.
