Color Coated Aluminum Coils For Aluminium Ceiling
Usage: Aluminium ceiling system widely used in airport, train station, metro, office
building and hotel etc.
Pre-painted Aluminium coils used for ceiling because of its excellent characters.
Pre-painted aluminium coil is now used in almost all famous factories of aluminium
ceilings, and used in many famous buildings.
Alloy: A3003H24, A3003H26, A3003H12, A3004H24, A3004H26
Thickness: 0.6mm，0.7mm，0.8mm，0.9mm，1.0mm
width ： we could split the coil into strips with any width between 22mm and
2350mm,accuracy 0.2mm.
Color: The most popular color is white; actually, there are more than 30 colors of
“white” available.
Coating: PE coated 25-28 micros;
Plastic film: 0.05mm or 0.06mm plastic film covered on the surface, clients’ Logos

For Aluminium Shutter
Coated aluminium coil for shutter, is made with raw material from Southwest
Aluminium group or Ruiming Aluminium, and paint of Becker from Sweden. It is
sold to Italy, Spain,Brazil…etc…
The typical material used here is A3005H26, A3105H26 or A3003H18. typical
thickness (before coating) is 0.22mm, 0.23mm, 0.25mm, 0.26mm, 0.27mm, 0.28mm,
0.30mm,0.4mm, 0.45mm. all typical widths are available: 118.8mm, 127mm, 133mm,
142mm,187mm..Etc...
The most popular colors available here are white, yellow, grey, silver, and black,
green,champagne and so on, we also copy the color of customer’s samples.
There is also wood style coated aluminium coil for shutter. We can scan the
customer’s sample of wood pattern and make a copy.
We also offer material for shutter box accordingly, usually with thickness 0.7mm,
0.8mm,in A3003 or A3105.

For Gutter System
Coated aluminium coil for aluminium gutter systems, is made with alloy A3105H24
or A3003H24, the both side is covered with PE paint, with thickness 18-20 micro.
The excellent characters of bending, and easy to cold-roller or welding, make this
material welcomed by many factories of gutter system, and it was to exported to Euro,
Canada, South Africa, Australia and many other countries.
The typical thickness is 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, and 1.0mm, all are available.
We could split the coil to any width as required, for example 266mm, 285mm, 301mm,
405mm, 448mm…etc.
Color: There are more than 1000 different colors available; also we could make a
copy according to customer’s sample in one week.

For Roofing And Cladding
Aluminium strips is now used more and more as roofing and cladding system because
it is light, beautiful, easy processed, and long lasting. We usually use Aluminium
strips AA3004 (ASTM-3004) or AA3005, AA5754, with thickness 0.7mm, 0.8mm,
0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, with width: 420mm, 480mm, 575mm, 585mm,
600mm..etc.
Coated aluminium strips, in alloy A3004, A3005, A5754, all from Southwest
Aluminium Group or Ruiming Aluminium. We use PVDF only from PPG or Becker
paint (Visper available if required) for this item.
Our coated aluminium strips also export to Europe (German, UK), Asia (Thailand,
Malaysia, Singapore, Korean, Qatar, and Israel), Australia, South Africa, Egypt, and
Morocco….etc…
All colors like silver, white, champagne all available, and different width available
(we has splitting machine) .

PVDF paint. The appearance is the same with the normal PVDF coated ones, but it
can release some material to clean its surface after being exposed to rain or snow and
sunshine. And this self-clean program can keep many years.
Heat-reflex aluminium strips, made with specially PVDF paint, with PVDF content
70% or more. Special contents of Ceramic could reflex the infrared light of sunshine.
Heat-reflex roofing system could save the energy used for air-condition, and now
required by more and more city.
