ADDRESS
MOUNTING IN CAST ALUMINIUM
:- Mounting holes are inside or external four lugs are provided for fixing. The lugs offset in such a way that the rear part of the unit stays away
from the surface by at least 3mm.
FIXING OF TERMINALS
:- For wall mounting /Structure Mounting J.Box terminals are fixed inside the box. Cover is fixed bolted type.
CABLE ENTRIES
:- Threaded cable entries are provided on any side of Terminal Box.
HARDWARE
:- All external hardwares used will be Stainless Steel.
EARTHING
:- Earthing is provided on both sides of the enclosures by 5mm screw with two plain washers and spring washer of brass.
INSPECTION & TESTING
:- Each J.B.will be subjected to routine tests in accordance with relevant Indian Standards & including the following:(1) Dimensional check as
per drawing. (2) Operation test. (3) Insulation test with 500V Megger. (4) HV Test at 2KV for 60 Seconds. (5) Earth continuity test.

:- Internal holes are given for mounting. External legs can be provided, if required.
SPECIFICATION & PRODUCTS FOR FLP
:- Cast Aluminium LM6 J.Boxes dust, vermin and Flameproof /weatherproof suitable for wall/Structure mounting. All the enclosures are cast out
of superior quality Aluminium alloy. All the surfaces are carefully cleaned and leveled so as to give very smooth surface. All the enclosures are
chromatised and finally epoxy powder coated by static charge spray method by light grey shade 631 as per IS5. Powder coating gives very
tough durable and extremely smooth coating on the surface. All the mating surfaces are provided with round rubber gasket in the groove so as
to make it effectively dust and vermin proof. Enclosures are tested at CMRI for flameproof and weather proof test IP65 as per IS 2147.Our
Terminal Boxes suitable for outdoor installation without any canopy.
NAME PLATE FOR FLP
:- Each Terminal Box is provided with nameplate giving equipment description.
