› Wählen Sie Nutzername und Passwort
› Sie erhalten eine E-Mail von uni-assist,
in der Sie die Registrierung bestätigen
› Laden Sie Ihre Unterlagen hoch:
+ Ein Dokument, das Ihren
Aufenthaltsstatus in Deutschland nachweist
+ Ihr TestAS-Zertifikat ODER
die Hochschul-Bescheinigung

Antragsstatus
Innerhalb weniger Tage erhalten Sie von uns eine E-Mail
mit Ihrer Bewerber-Nummer und einer Information zum
Status Ihres Antrags.

Ihr Antrag wurde
bewilligt.
› Sie können sich jetzt an
bis zu drei Hochschulen
pro Semester kostenlos
über das uni-assist
Online-Portal bewerben:
uni-assist.de/online
• unvollständig •
Ihr Antrag ist
unvollständig.
› Sie müssen noch Angaben
oder Unterlagen im Portal
für Kostenbefreiung nachliefern.
› Hier gehts direkt

Ihr Antrag wurde
abgelehnt.
› Wenn Sie die Bearbeitungskosten selbst zahlen,

› Activate your account with the
verification link sent to you via email
› Upload your documents:
+ A copy of a document that
verifies your residency status
in Germany

copy of your TestAS
certificate OR a certificate
from a uni-assist university

Application Status
Within a few days we will send you an email with your
uni-assist application number and information about
your application status.

Your application has been
approved.
› You can now apply with
up to three universities
per semester free of
charge via the uni-assist
online portal:

Your application is
incomplete.
› We have sent you an email
that lists the missing
documents. Please upload
the missing documents

exemption.
› Here you will find
the portal for
cost exemption:
• declined •
Your application has
been declined.
› You can still apply via the
uni-assist online portal.
But you will need to cover
the application fee.
