MakeLeaps is a fast growing venture funded startup that helps thousands of Japanese companies and freelancers to
manage and send their invoices.
We are currently looking for a bilingual salesperson to join our team.
This is a 9am to 6pm position, 4 minutes from Nakameguro station in a friendly and international team.

the answers over and over again” type of job. It’s a position where you can really get to know our customers, find out what
they need, and help them in a very impactful way.

Empathy for customer problems and people in general.
Confident in forming and communicating an opinion.
Able to speak intermediate level of English (not business). Most of our customers are Japanese, but some of our
communication is done in English.
Preferably you have
Ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT support
Living/studying experience in abroad
Interests in web services with computer skills (ideally Mac), but not necessarily to be an expert
