Its foreign policy has reflected those changes, even though it remains largely conservative and reactive. This talk will try to connect the dots in Russia’s behavior in different parts of the world: in East and West Asia, in Europe and in the Americas. It will also consider foreign policy issues in terms of public debate and public opinion within Russia itself.
