募集要項
●Support the leadership team in identifying primary target audiences and key influencers and determine the best way to
deliver information to them.
●Develop and edit communications materials such as news releases, fact sheets, key messages/talking points, Q&As,
executive speeches and presentations, and internal and external online content, ensuring consistent messaging across all
platforms.
●Serve as the Community Manager for social intranet platform by coordinating all Corporate Communications and Human
Relations content on the intranet. Further, the Manager should develop and support other staff members as additional
Community Managers for the social intranet as it relates to the local community, other Asia-Pacific communities and the
Global community.
●Serve as the coordinator and publisher for corporate website, including but not limited to the Careers section of the
website.
●Partner with Global Marketing to localize the necessary contents to Japanese and request and review of additional
Japan specific pages on corporate website.
●Coordinate and oversee all Japanese translation activities for Global Communications.
●Partner with the marketing group to be aligned with messaging and external marketing materials.
●Create editorial content directed at employees that reinforces central elements of company culture, brand and strategy
and assist in the development of operational and HR communications.
●Ensure consistent corporate image for internal and external communications

●Direct activities of external PR, communications and digital agencies and other external vendors to develop and
implement communication strategies and information programs.
●Develop calendar of key events relevant to Communications.
スキル・資格
1. Must possess understanding of public relations and internal communications within the Japanese environment;
familiarity and relationships with a wide range of media outlets (national, local, trade) that have covered and/or
have the potential to cover the company and its products.
2. Understanding of financial concepts and terms; ability to distill financials into coherent communications messages.
3. Experience with social media campaigns preferred but not required.
4. Excellent judgment, especially in terms of appropriate information disclosure.

1. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
2. Must possess strong public relations writing and media relations skills; proficient at writing press releases and other
communications
3. Candidates should have an engaging interpersonal style capable of building confidence and rapport with senior
executives and internal partners.
4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, originate new ideas and drive them forward.
5. Must have a willingness to invest the time needed to conduct sufficient research, as appropriate.
