The Sales Associate provides support to an assigned Sales team. This is a learning position, with the intent of building
company knowledge, knowledge of the sales process and systems, demonstrating an aptitude, motivation, and desire to
advance as a sales professional.
You will be learning to use professional concepts and will apply guidance of other Sales professionals, professional
concepts, or company policies and procedures to execute work and resolve routine issues. The Sales Associate works
under specific direction on new tasks/assignments, and with limited supervision on routine tasks.
Responsibilities
• Provide Sales Managers and Account Executives with administrative support to achieve sales targets
• Compile and distribute client proposals
• Screen phone calls
• Manage RFP responses
• Assist with CRM data management
• Assist in planning client events and meetings
• Coordinate with Legal regarding contract proposals, extensions, and amendments creation and processing

• Coordinate resolution of credits and billing issues with Finance
• Provide Page Count Verification
• Facilitate DVD requests
• Facilitate requests to shut down exchanges
Sales Associates interact with contacts and information of a sensitive, complex, and sometimes confidential nature both
inside and outside of the company, requiring exceptional judgment and discretion.
スキル・資格
• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration and business support; some sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, priorities, organize and work within tight timelines
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• IT and internet savvy
• Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette
• Experience in a professional sales environment preferred
• Good judgment, able to handle confidential information
• Professional competency in Japanese and English
