テクニカルサポートエンジンニアはソフトウェアシステムによる問題解決を担当します。
LINUX, MySQL, SQL, SMTPなどの経験と知識を活かしたい方を大歓迎！
－ Resolving customer issues that usually include working in complex product and infrastructure configurations
－ Problem troubleshooting and isolation, performance tuning, and optimization
－ Escalating product problems/issues and driving them towards resolution while managing the customer
－ Those engineers will also assist other members of the team with technical issues that need further troubleshooting
before escalating to the Product Engineering team
－ You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer relationships are managed through proactive customer
communication
－ This is a highly－technical role and strong knowledge of Linux and network configuration is required
－ This role also requires some Perl debugging, shell scripting and technical work with MySQL

－ UNIX, LINUX による知識、またはネットワーキングによる経験
－ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語力
－その他のIT知識（Java, C, C＃, SQL, MySQL, PHP, Ruby, Perlなど）があれば尚可
－ Strong UNIX/Linux support （or administration） experience, solid TCP/IP networking, expert troubleshooting and
problem－solving skills
－ Japanese language skills at business level proficiency （reading and writing）
－ English language skills at business level proficiency （reading and writing）

－ Positive attitude and passionate about customer satisfaction
－ Strong written and verbal communication skills plus clear and effective communication
－ SMTP protocol experience a plus
－ Secure Messaging experience a plus
