A leading international insurance group is in need of a digital expert with strong
communication skills. In this role, you will drive the creation of new IT architecture
to match technology trends.
Responsibilities:
* Set, communicate and govern technical standards throughout the company,
including standards for architecture
* Prepare and review documents to pass through relevant governance bodies at
the group and local level
* Drive the creation and implementation of architecture standards and artifacts by
working collaboratively with the corporate architecture tam
* Maintain knowledge of and seek to understand current trends in new technology
* Manage the product life cycle and obsolescence to reduce technical debt
* Lead a team of talented employees to grow into sophisticated technical
architects
Job Description
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of new technologies and their applications for products in
the marketplace, particularly relating to open source, cloud, and big data
technologies
* Management experience
* Ability to adapt to a complex environment
* Strong verbal and written presentation skills
* Business Japanese and English
