Tull Mr. Tull holds BA and MA degree in Public Policy from Brigham Young University and is currently a PhD candidate at Virginia Tech's Center for Public Administration and Policy. Mr. Tull was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and worked in both the private sector and city government before he joined the Foreign Service of the United States. He previously served as the Consul in Suva, Fiji, a Staff Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for African Affairs, and the Special Assistant to the Assistant secretary for Conflict and Stabilization Operation at the U.S. Department of State. He will talk about his career, the importance of goal-setting and reflection on the turning points in his life. Light Lunch will be served!
