入札は上記 (2)の件名ごとに行う。

入札金額は、各社において設定する契約
電力に対する単価（ kW単価）及び使用電力

量に対する単価（ kWh単価）を根拠とし、仕
様書で提示する契約電力及び予定使用電力
量の対価を入札金額とすること。

落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載さ
れた金額に当該金額の８パーセントに相当
する額を加算した金額（当該金額に１円未
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切
り捨てた金額とする。）をもって落札価格
とするので、入札者は、消費税額及び地方

消費税額に係る課税事業者であるか免税事
業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約希
望金額の 108分の 100に相当する金額の各施
設の総和を入札書に記載すること。

(1)
予算決算及び会計令第 70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
