授業改善アンケートの未回答者への督促メールについて
※督促メール送信について
全学共通として設定された文面を 11/18（金）,11/25（金）,11/30（水）に送信します。教育質保証
委員会で，回答率が低いと判断した場合は，その後，もう 1 度送信する予定です。
部局として，独自の督促メールを送付する場合は，教育質保証委員会へご相談ください。
【授業改善アンケート】
アンケートの回答期間内に，学生の回答状況を確認し，未回答者（未回答科目が 2 科目以上
かつ回答率が 50%未満の者）に対して 2～3 回程度，以下の督促メールを送信し，回答を促す。

本メールは，授業改善アンケートの回答率が 50％未満で，未回答の科目が 2 つ以上ある学生に送
信されています。（○月○日現在）
This e-mail is being sent to students who have completed less than 50% of the class
improvement questionnaires for the credit-based classes in which they were registered this
semester.(as of ○○)
授業改善アンケートは，教育の点検・改善のために必要です。教員も，学生の視点からの授業に対
する意見を求めています。ぜひアンケートに回答してください。
Responses to class improvement questionnaires are necessary in order to improve the quality
of education at the university. Data from the completed questionnaires are an aid for teachers in
getting students’ opinions of the classes. Please answer the questionnaires.
※各授業担当教員は，担当授業のアンケート回答率を確認することは出来ますが，ログイン記録等
から回答者を特定することはできません。また，授業に無関係な誹謗・中傷と判断される書き込みがさ
れた場合，教育質保証委員会の権限にて，回答者に忠告する場合があります。
※ Teachers can view a summary of student answers to the improvement of their classes, but
cannot trace individual answers for each questionnaire item back to individual student records.
Respondents making irrelevant, libelous postings will be identified and receive warnings
from the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education of Hiroshima University.
