２０１７年度海外研修のご案内Ｆ２コース
「米国特許制度、法規および模擬裁判の研修」
2016 年 11 月 21 日（月）より募集を開始致します｡
拝啓貴社益々ご隆盛の段、謹んでお慶び申し上げます。
さて、当協会では、知的財産業務のグローバル化に伴うニーズの高まりに対し、地域
ごとの特性に応じた知財実務を習得することを目的とした現地体験型研修を実施してお
ります。
例年好評を得ておりますＦ２コース「米国特許制度、法規及び模擬裁判の研修」の
実施計画が添付資料の通りまとまりましたので、ここにご案内申し上げます。
本研修は、米国の知財業務に関わることを期待される知的財産部門スタッフを対象と
したものであり、米国ワシントンＤ.Ｃ. にて、米国一流の知的財産専門家による米国
特許法および関連法規に関する講義ならびに模擬裁判を約３週間に亘って受講し、米国
における知的財産問題に正しく対応する能力を育成することを主眼とするものです。
本コースは現地研修に加え、事前研修及び現地研修内容の再確認及び研修成果のまと
めをするための事後研修を行います。さらに、日本及び現地での模擬裁判の研修生自身
による実施及び検証、また、現地駐在員による講義を予定し、本格的な対応能力の育成
を図ります。
なお、募集人員は３０～４０名を予定しております。応募数が４０名を越えた場合は
締切らせて頂きますので、何卒、お早めにお申し込み下さい。

（受講対象者）
米国の知的財産業務に携わっている方もしくはそのご予定がある方で、知財実務遂行能力
の更なる向上を図りたい方。
（研修期間）
2017 年 4 月～ 2018 年 3 月（現地研修は、2017 年 10 月 16 日～ 11 月 7 日（予定））
（研修概要）
１．事前研修
(1) 研修期間：2017 年 4 月～ 9 月(月 1 回程度)
(2) 研修会場：日本知的財産協会東京事務所/関西事務所

（現地集合、現地解散となります）。

施、クレームドラフティング、損害賠償、日本企業の米国知財実務、等

１．研修費用：４２００米ドル＋１２万円
（為替を始め社会情勢の変化により金額が大きく変わる場合があります。）
※渡航費、宿泊費、食事代等は、研修費用に含まれておりませんので各自別途ご手配下さい。なお、
宿泊については推奨ホテルをご利用下さい。
２．募集定員：４０名
※先着順の受付となります。
３．申込締切日：２０１６年１２月２０日（火）
※募集定員に達した際は、締切日前であっても申込を締め切る場合があります。
４．参加申込方法
以下の手順でお手続下さい。

その他操作方法の詳細は、「協会研修会予約ご利用ガイド」をご覧下さい。
(2) 申込確認メールが送付されます。このメールには受講申込書ファイル（Excel 形式）
が添付されておりますので、受講者の詳細情報をご記入下さい。
(3) 上記受講申込書ファイルをメールにて事務局へご提出下さい。受講申込書ファイル
の提出をもって申込完了となります。

５．参加費用支払方法
2017 年 4 月頃に請求書をお送り致しますので、指定口座へお振込み下さい。
６．受講可否について
受講決定通知を会員代表宛に郵送にてお送り致します（2017 年 1 月末頃予定）。
７．その他
(1) 研修実施に際しては、研修参加者が主体となって行動していただきます。
(2) 参加人数が３０名未満の場合は、本研修コースの実施を中止する場合があります。
(3) 申込締切日後のキャンセルはできません。研修開講後、やむを得ない事情で現地研
修に参加できない場合でも、受講料の返却はできません。加えて、ホテル予約キャン
セル等で実費が発生した場合はお支払い頂きます。
(4) 英語力について、TOEIC 700 点以上が望まれます。

(5) 添乗員および通訳はつきません。
(6) 本計画は、安全第一に設定しており、万一の事故発生に際しては、万全の態勢で臨
む所存ですが、ご承知の通り会員主導の組織である当協会としては対応に限界があり、
特に法的、金銭的補償等については対応できかねます。
従いまして、会員会社（事務所）におかれましては、このことを十分ご理解され、
参加者に注意喚起していただくとともに保険加入等の対策をお勧め致します。
