募集要項
The Global Fund Data Management department is managing more than thousand funds data, including fund attributes,
holdings, performances, peers, benchmarks data, as well as risk/performances results.
The team receives data from different internal and external sources, manages them in a local database, and generates
different reports to local users and global users.
The team is seeking a motivated, well-organized person to assist them mainly in all periodic
(daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) and irregular tasks related to data acquisition, data check, data processing and reporting.
The data team assistant’ s duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities outlined below.

Experience in finance or asset management industry
At least 3-year experiences with MS Excel
Basic IT knowledge, including VBA or VBS programming (SQL is a plus)
Beginner IT programming work experience
Good communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in both oral and written English will be a plus
Native Japanese language skills
